formulations. Loose Mineral Eye Liners can be brushed on
dry for a muted effect, applied wet for a longer wear and a soft
luster. You can even layer with eye shadows for deeper
intensity. There’s nothing else like it.
Directions: Using our Angled Liner Brush, simply wet the
bristles, dip lightly into the color, mix into an inky paste in
the lid of the container and apply to the eyelid. This brush can
make thin or thick lines as you adjust the pressure. Add more or
less water to your inky paste to adjust the intensity of the
color.
