Domestic Shipping
We require a signature for all our
deliveries. We do not accept responsibility
if the package is lost or stolen or if you
opted to leave instructions and waived the
signature required policy of the company.
We ship packages from Monday thru Friday.
Packages are delivered from Monday thru
Friday as well (business days only).
We do not have expedited shipping (Next Day
or 2nd Day) using a P O Box address. (A
physical address is required if you opted to
have expedited shipping). This also applies
to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin
Island Orders.
All A.P.O and F.P.O delivery addresses are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International
Shipping
The client must pay all customs duties for
International Orders (orders outside US).
Please check with your customs office to
find out your particular custom policies in
your Country. Orders outside U.S are shipped
via
International Priority Mail by the U.S.
Postal Service.
In Cases of refused delivery or unclaimed
packages, the clients account will be
credited back only after we received the
returned package less shipping fee (normally
shipping fee is $30.00 if the order is below
$75.00)
